Bargmann Kitchen Design

Captain Bargmann of the US Army purchased her first home after being stationed at JBLM and moving to our area. She works in a hospital and really wanted something light and bright but not institutional. She wanted it to feel warm and cozy and be a space she could relax in. Her designer Rick recommended removing the wall between the kitchen and living room, creating a Peninsula in that space and moving her cooktop into the peninsula so she can visit with friends and family while entertaining.

To accomplish the light and bright but not institutional feel we recommended a Solid Color Stain in Alabaster on Red Oak. You can see the grain of the oak through the off white stain giving it a cozy, almost rustic look. The Matte Black finish of the pulls and faucet finish the look. We so enjoyed working with her and thank her for her service!
